BUT, Virginia Tech's emergency
message system is difficult to activate
by police in a timely manner.

Those are some of the findings of
the Virginia Tech Review Panel, which
released its final report one hour ago.

suspect and victim from yesterday's
shooting.

It all unfolded in Vinton shortly
after 4:00.

shot and killed his wife Delores White.

Police arrived at the home after
a family member requested that officers
make sure everything was okay.

with first degree murder.

He will make his first court

night.

hall of fame.

had one place to house memorabilla from
all 21 sports.

In addition, you'll find a wall of
