Employees grew suspicious of the
man and then called 9-1-1.
Here's a picture of the suspect,

charges including fondling two
8-year-old's.

temporarily shut down both northbound
lanes.
The accident happend near mile
marker 221 in the Staunton STANTON area
around two A-M.
Officials say a car ran into a
guardrail, then two-tractor trailers
crashed into the car - causing a fire.
Initial reports say there was a
HAZMAT spill of about 6-hundred gallons
of diesel fuel.
Both lanes back open.

restaurants in this area near Betty's
Creek.
The county shot down the original
proposal and the developer went back to
the drawing board to make revisions.
The new layout is still not

The developer was not available
for comment but residents who met today
to discuss the issue say if this plan
is approved it'll impact the entire
county.

male students.

August 19 This was the scene just two-weeks
when the first male students arrived.
And it's not sitting well with a
group of students and donors who are
now asking a panel of three Virginia
Supreme Court justices to hear an
appeal to a previously dismissed
lawsuit.
The complaint says the board of
trustees cannot use the school's assets
to benefit men.
The suit goes onto say the school
is a "charitable corporation," and it
accepted donations during a time that
its mission was the education of
primarily women.
A school spokesperson says the
college hopes to move past the lawsuits
soon.
