County near the North Carolina border.

State police say six girls all
between the ages of 14 and 17 were
riding in a pickup truck when it veered
off the road, flipped over and caught
on fire.

Two girls died at the scene, one
died on the way to the hospital, and
it's still not clear how the other
three survivors are doing.

Thomas Road Baptist Church appointed
Jonathan Falwell as its new pastor.

his father, the Reverend Jerry Falwell
died in May.

Falwell was 73 when he passed
away from heart failure, but not before
leaving a legacy that includes Liberty
University and a megachurch in

Thomas Road is continuing to grow
and this is the first time he's seen
the church as energized as it.

Something members have also
