decide whether to file charges against
the 15-year-old driver.

Ashley Leonard, Breanna Peake and
Allison Turman all died Sunday when the
pickup truck they were riding left a
rural road, overturned and caught fire.
State Police say Leonard and Turman
were both thrown from the pickup's bed.
Peake was not wearing a seatbelt, and
ejected.

anyone under 16 from riding in a pickup
bed under most circumstances. Not
wearing a seatbelt is also against the
law. And the driver did not yet have a
license - only a learner's permit.

NO SUPER who was 14 - was tonight at the New
Beginnings Church in Lambsburg.

Her funeral will be tomorrow
afternoon at two.

As for the two cousins who died
in the accident:

also 14 - will be tomorrow from 5 to 8
p-m at the Pine Grove Missionary

Baptist Church.

Her funeral is Thursday 10 a-m at
the Indian Valley Church of God.

Turman's cousin - 17 year-old
Breanna Peake will also have visitation
at the same time and place.

Peake's funeral will follow her
cousin's at 2 p-m.

Hurricane Felix could drop two feet of

an hour winds now face the potential of
massive rainfalls that could bring

AIRSTRIP OWNED BY THE HILTON FAMILY. HE

DID NOT FILE A FLIGHT PLAN.. ALTHOUGH
AUTHORITIES SAY HE WAS SCOUTING
POSSIBLE LOCATIONS TO ATTEMPT A NEW
LAND-SPEED RECORD.

WHEN THE 63 YEAR OLD DID NOT RETURN AS
EXPECTEDFRIENDS CALLED FOR HELP.

child pornography charges against the
owner of a Patrick County radio
station.

A grand jury today indicted
Jamie Clark.

He owns W-H-E-O Radio in
Stuart.

State Police say Clark
allowed high school- aged young people
to have sex at his home. A search of
Clark's home and the radio station
later found pornographic video tapes
and computer files.

One of the latest comes from a Henry
County woman.

planning on putting just one player
behind Center against the Blue Devils.

During his weekly press
conference Groh said that the Teams
Passing Game needed to Progress.

Jameel Sewell is still the
starter but his backup Freshman Peter
Lalich will see playing time.

Groh compared it to the situation
at Florida last season where the Gators
used both Chris Leak and Tim Tebow.

This won't the be the first time
that Groh has tried this at U-V-A.
There was the rotation of Bryson
Spinner and Matt Schaub that didn't go
very well at all.

Coach Groh feels that him and his
staff learned from that situation and
