into an accident and was charged with
reckless driving.

Under the new stiff fines, the
81-year-old has to pay one thousand
dollars in civil fees.

She and her lawyers will be back

solve an early morning murder.

o-clock this morning.

of Roanoke with a gunshot wound.

Lewis was taken to Carilion

Felix hit land as a top-scale Category
5 hurricane with winds topping 160

miles an hour.

Thousands evacuated ... and the rest
were left to hunker down in shelters

hoping to ride out the storm.

In the danger zone, first Nicauragua
then Honduras and Guatemala where
deadly

mudslides were expected.

There have been 31 category 5 storms in
the Atlantic ... according to records

dating back to 1886.

Eight of those have been in the last
five seasons.

But this year has been the
record-setter. With Dean last month and
Felix now

... this is the first time two Cat 5's
have made landfall in a single season.

the Carribbean. Weather analysts say

that's because of warm water and
stagnant weather systems.

analysis found among normal weight
toddlers

about 7 percent have an iron
deficiency.

But the number jumps to 20 percent for
obese toddlers.

which can cause behavioral and

So it's important for parents to

Hokies stay number nine in both polls -
fellow ACC member Florida State falls
completely out of the top 25 after
losing to Clemson last night.

But the Seminoles fall from grace
is not the roughest this week.

Michigan becomes the first first
team in the history of the poll to fall
out of the top five and tumble all the
way out of the poll.

The Wolverines lost to App State
on Saturday.

Carolina League playoffs tomorrow night
in Kinston. The postseason trip is the
2nd in as many years for the Avs,
marking the first time since 1998 and
1999 that Salem has made the playoffs

Europe's highest building.

It took Alain Robert just over
20 minutes to climb the 242 meters (264
yards) to the top of this skyscraper in
Moscow, using windowsills and
structural edges as footholds.

But instead of a welcoming party,
the 45-year-old Frenchman was met by
Russian police as he reached the
top.....and was arrested.

Robert said he didn't know why
and there was no official comment from
police
