day to find a jury for William Morva's
capital murder trial.

August while being treated at
Montgomery Regional Hospital.
Police say he killed two people
while on the run.
The judge has found 16 potential
jurors and needs 8 more people.
Attorney's still have about 30

today, a third victim -- who survived

A judge certified the murder

today in Carroll County, when his sport
utility vehicle collided with a school
bus.

The accident happened around 7:45
this morning on Flower Gap Road.
The two vehicles hit head-on in a
curve, less than a mile from St. Paul
School.
The driver of the S-U-V, 35-
year- old Brian Shannon Mayes of Mount
Airy was airlifted to a hospital in
North Carolina.
The bus carried seven students,
an aide and the driver. They were taken
to a hospital as a precaution, but none
of them suffered serious injuries.
State Police say they are still
investigating the cause of the
accident.

EVENT=HEALTHCHECK 7 BANNER say they're taking all the necessary
precautions after a single case of
"MRSA" (MUR-suh) turned up in a local
high school.
MRSA is a type of staph infection
that's also known as a "superbug"
because of its resistance to
antibiotics.
The student is being treated and
is expected to return to school.
Superintendent George Nolley
(NALL-ee) says the school is following
all the recommendations of the health
department to prevent any more cases.
The school also sent a letter home
yesterday to parents explaining the
situation.

Well, now there's an opportunity
thanks to a unique new exhibit at the
Getty Center Museum in Los Angeles.
It's called Please Be Seated.
Museum visitors are invited to
settle into chairs in a stark white
room the creator compares to a blank
canvas. Then, through the magic of
surveillance cameras and projection
screens, the visitor's image is
inserted into video footage of lavish
rooms similar to what Marie Antoinette
might have once called home.

Saturday's game in Charlottesville is
calling for the temperature to be right
around 80 degrees.
That's about 15 degrees cooler
than it was for the last UVA home game
on Saturday - September 8th when
temperatures were in the mid-90s in
Charlotlesville.
