There's plenty of activity here at

Crews are busy removing brush in the

live in the woods.

Meanwhile, exterminators have laid

OQ=effectively sealed We do know right now exterminators

are concentrating their efforts on
getting rid of the rats.

The next step is to then block access
so the rats can't get back in.

Then a company will need to be hired

Fairview will remain closed.

how many rats were at Fairview.

As for other schools in Roanoke, the
new exterminator has been instructed to
inspect them all for rats.

That''s still going on

DOUBLE BOXES=JUSTIN/NATASHA DOUBLE BOXES

But we're told Natasha, they have
found some problems but nothing like
the rat infestation at Fairview.

NATASHA QUESTION:

Justin, how much is it costing to get

rid of the rats at Fairview?

JUSTIN ANSWER:

Natasha, for the exterminators alone
it's already well over 14-thousand
dollars. It will probably cost several
more thousand dollars to clean the
school so the final price tag has yet
to be determined.

we should see temperatures above

at an impasse after more than a week of
deliberating.

The 67-year-old is accused of
murdering aspring actress Lana Clarkson
back in February of 2003. She was found
shot to death at Spector's L.A.
mansion.

If found guilty, Spector could
spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Unlike other doctors who haven't

doctor says its in for the long-haul.

It has a three-year renewable
lease and is funded by both federal and
state money - meaning it can take
medicaid or medicare, or even people
who can't afford to pay.
