out of her car to help.

fatal car crash.


She ran to a nearby house to call


911.


But when she got back, the car
crash victim was gone... and so was her

The woman saw this car hit an
embankment and flip over on its top.


Police are not releasing her
name, but they say, she did the right

Junior wants to build a new kennel on
61 acres he owns in the White Gate
community.


Last night, the Giles County
planning commission recommended the
board of supervisors deny his special
exception request.


Schmucker (SCHMYOO-KER) told
administrators he wants to move to be
closer to other Amish families in Giles
County.


This past March, one of
Schmucker's Dogwood Kennels burned.


He lost about 200 dogs in the
fire.


More than 4-thousand people
signed an online petition against the


business.


Giles County Administrators said
they received letters of concern from
nearby land owners about the request.

temperatures drop and the atmosphere
becomes more stable, the shower chances

front is forecast to cross the area

conditions on Vick's release.


He'll have to be home between 10
p.m. and 6 a.m. and will have to submit


to random drug testing until his
sentencing in December.


The urine sample was submitted

that was entered today in federal
court.
