GRAPHIC=Danville CC Closed A report of a suspected gunman on

campus sent students and staff home
early from Danville Community College
today.

Around noon a student told police she
had seen a man walking down a street
that runs through campus with what
looked like a gun in his waistband.

The school immediately activated its
emergency response plan and searched
every building on campus.

But there was no other sign of the
alleged gunman.

Classes were canceled for the rest of
the day and staff was sent home.

Administrators say they don't believe
there is any threat but the wanted to
err on the side of caution.

The school will reopen tomorrow
morning.

The recall involves several brands of
infant cold remedies for kids under

Makers of the medicines say they're
safe but apparently not always used

correctly by parents..... (GFX) And the
recall is because "there have been

rare patterns of misuse leading to
overdose recently identified,

called into question. :10

(NATS)

Next week the Food and Drug
Administration is holding meetings on
the safety

of these medicines for kids under six.

Pediatrician groups are pushing the
government because they say there's no

evidence the products are even
effective at treating colds and
coughs.:15

and there are reports they may have
reach an agreement on a multimillion

dollar divorce settlement.

The record settlement estimated to be
as high as 140 million dollars - will
mean that Sir Paul has to cough up
almost 100 thousand dollars a DAY for
the

four years they were married.

One provision of the divorce,
Heather will not be allowed to speak or
write about their marriage ever.

Sir Paul should still be able to scrape
by after the settlement. He is
reportedly worth about 1-point six
BILLION dollars.
