before killing himself.

parole violation.
Stephen Coon reportedly said his
brother didn't get any guns from him,
but wouldn't answer questions about the
shooting.

shooting was in the works, police
raided the home outside Philadelphia.
What they found inside was not a
typical 14 year-old's bedroom.
A deadly arsenal...including three
home-made hand grenades, dozens of
pellet
guns, swords, knives, and a
9-millimeter assault rifle.

was imminent.

Coming on the heels of the shooting
spree at a Cleveland school, the alert

say amassed an arsenal of weapons in
his home, and talked about staging a
Columbine-type attack on a high school.

before killing himself.

Stephen Coon reportedly said his
brother didn't get any guns from him,

word a student made verbal and on-line
threats to bring a gun to school and
start shooting.

County jail will soon have a new place
to bunk.

The facility located in downtown
Fincastle will open for inmates in the
first part of November.
It'll house more than 200
inmates, as opposed to less than half
that at the old jail.
Inside the new place....a lot of
bells and whistles when it comes to
security...including 68 cameras and
high tech security pods.
The price tag for the new
jail...around 21 million dollars.
The State's Department of
Corrections paid more than 7 million.
