According to a family member,

senior Ashton Bonds died at Roanoke
Memorial Hospital yesterday after
spending a week in the hospital with a
staph infection.

This picture came from a MySpace
website -- where many people have left
their condolences.

Students and parents say there
have been at least three reported cases
of MRSA -- a resistant form of staph
infection at the school over the past
few weeks.

We have not heard whether the
staph infection that killed Bonds was
indeed MRSA.

gathered in front of the school

Those in attendence do not think
that the school has been properly

Many said it should be shut down

It's important to mention that

It all came apart for Chester Stiles
during a routine traffic stop 20

outside Las Vegas. After weeks on the

abusing a 3 year old girl was arrested
without incident.

"HE FINALLY TOLD US...'HEY I'M CHESTER
STILES, I'M THE GUY YOU'VE BEEN LOOKING

FOR' AND HE SAID 'I'M SICK OF

Police had warned Stiles, known to be a
survivalist, could be anywhere.

But, in the end, they found him in a
busy suburban intersection, in a white

sedan with no license plates. His
driver's license looked suspicious and
he

couldn't provide any other I-D.

(SOT OFFICER DYE again, 08:24:27)

I asked him for his social security
number and it seemed suspicious. He
didn

t know it.

Authorities had been looking for Stiles
since he was identified as the man in

a disturbing videotape....that showed
him raping a 3-year-old girl.

The grainy video - found in a rural
Nevada town - prompted an intense
search

for the young girl. Police had no
leads and asked the media to broadcast
the

images of the young victim.

The girl - now 7 years old - was

located and found to be okay ... and
her

parents identified Stiles. Police then
focused their efforts on tracking him

down.

Arin Sime, the Libertarian
candidate for State Senate in the 24th
district has no objection to a bill
that does away with personal property
taxes for disabled veterans.

He says he would focus on
property tax reform across the board
for everyone in the Commonwealth...

Quote... "I will introduce a bill
to change Virginia to use an
acquisition value based property tax
system. This means your property taxes
would be based on the amount you bought
your home for, not the current market
value. The assessment of your property
for tax purposes would be capped at a
small rate of increase allowed each
year, meaning you would likely see a
maximum increase of 4 or 5% instead of
the 30% or more many people are facing.

Opposing candidates in the 16th House
District also weighed in...

Andy Parker said... "I would support

including disabled veterans in the
Governor's proposed Homestead Tax
exemption for seniors and provides a
20% relief on property tax."

While Don Merricks offered this
response...

"Since personal property taxes are
levied by the localities and not the
state, I recommend you work with your
local Board of Supervisors or City
Council to perhaps have disabled
veterans exempt from personal property
taxes in the locality where you live.
It is a tax exemption that all
localities in Virginia should consider.
"
