following an early-morning accident in
Bedford County.

It happened at around 3:30 on
Jordan Town Road, just north of Route
616.

State police say a vehicle driven
by Kieth Camper of Blue Ridge ran off
the right side of the road, hit a tree
and overturned.

Camper has been charged with DUI.
No other vehicles were involved.

Camper and his three passengers
are currently being treated at Roanoke
Memorial. There's no word on their
conditions.

The "judge" AGREED with jury
yesterday... about how much time he
should serve... for the DEATH of one of
his models.

Judge Joey Showalter UPHELD the
jury's sentence of 32 and a half years
in prison.

In August, Bob Shell was found
"guilty" of INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER...
plus "seven" other drug and sex crimes.

The convictions stem from the
2003 death of his 19 year old
girlfriend and model Marion Franklin.

She died from a "morphine"
overdose in Shell's studio during a
photo shoot.

Shell is appealing the
conviction.

on more than 60 counts... for allegedly
MISUSING travel vouchers.

to "ease" some of the public ANXIETY
about the staph infection MRSA.

They want the public to
know....just because someone develops
symptoms of MRSA at school or at
work... it doesn't mean they "caught"
it there.

says schools that have cases of MRSA
don't necessarily need to do any heavy
duty cleaning.

Doctors say it's important to
find out WHERE a person contracts

told us he thinks 16 IS too young...we

belive it's that cut and dry.

working to put out several wildfires.

But in some areas the flames are
dying down -- and evacuees are being
allowed to return home to survey the
damage.

destroyed in less than a week. The
fires scorched more than 500-thousand
acres across Southern
California...fanned by winds topping
100 miles an hour... at times..

insurance pay-outs and federal aid to
get them started.

attention...a young man...17 at the
time...sentenced to 10 years in jail...
for having "consensual"... sexual
relations with a 15 year old girl.

But yesterday, The Georgia State
Supreme Court ruled... the sentence
was TOO harsh... and a "grave
miscarriage of justice".

So after spending two years in
jail...Genarlow Wilson... is now a free
man.

A taping at a New Year's Eve Party
in 2003 led to his conviction. Wilson
was shown engaging in a sexual act with
the then 15 year old.

He was convicted of "aggravated child
molestation."

Last year, the state legislature
changed the law...making sexual
relations between teens "close in age"
only a misdeamanor.
