The school system closed Fairview
right before the beginning of the

infestation.

Administrators say exterminators
are still working to get rid of the
rats and they also want to fix
structural problems with the building.

Right now, students are being

at the University of Georgia who has
done research on why these negative ads
are sometimes effective.

She says these ads are more
complex so they stay in our brain
longer and are more memorable.

She also uncovered something
called the sleeper effect.

Even if a person is initially
turned off by an ad...four to six weeks
down the line....they disassociate the
source of the message from it's
content...and can only remember there
is something unethical about the
candidate who was attacked.
