GRAPHIC=HOLD There are new health concerns

tonight at one of our local schools,
this time its William Byrd High School
in Roanoke County.

Administrators aren't saying
much, but here's what we do know.

CHANNEL=B VO-NAT

VO-NAT A letter was sent home with

students today.

It says several people at William
Byrd have been exhibiting the same
unusual symptoms.

We don't know what those symptoms
are, but school officials say they are
taking extensive measures to ensure
everyone's health.

The letter goes on to say there
is *no* evidence that the condition is
contagious, and there's no evidence of
a public health hazard.
