least temporarily after a fire caused
about 60 thousand dollars worth of
damage to their house.

The fire started around five this
afternoon at the home on the 55-hundred
block of Franklin Road.
Seven people were inside.
Fortunately, they all got out
safely.
The Fire Marshall says the fire
started after sparks flew out of the
fireplace.
Most of the damage is smoke and
water related.
The Red Cross is helping the
family for now.

problem on it's hands.

So far, the total tab... about
216 thousand dollars.
The School Board is hoping the

foot the bill.
School officials are also looking

Center. Clouds will continue to stream
in Sunday night into Monday morning as
energy moves east from the Ohio River
Valley. A few showers are possible,
however, any shower will be light, and
most (if not all) of them will stay
west of the Blue Ridge. Tonight's cloud
cover will act as a blanket, so it
won't be as cool tonight with
temperatures in the lower 40s.
Morning clouds will give-way to
afternoon sunshine on Monday. A
west-southwest breeze will boost
temperatures into the mid 60s.

Searchers were back out in the
North Carolina Pisgah National Forest
this weekend but investigators still
won't say whether the body searchers
found Friday is one of the two missing
elderly hikers from Hendersonville.
John and Irene Bryant disappeared
October 20th while hiking in Pisgah
National Forest.
Saturday, more than 100
volunteers combed the woods, making it
the largest search all week.
