GRAPHIC=CARROLL CO. SHOOTING An arrest has been made in a
deadly shooting in Carroll County.
The Sherriff's office says that
Clinton Eric Burke of Hillsville has
been charged with the murders of 19
year old George Adam Fulton and a 17
year old who has not been named.

It happened just after midnight
on Tuesday inside this home on Frog
Spur Road in Fancy Gap.
19 year old Amanda Bond was also
shot in the shoulder, but she is doing
okay.
Burke, who is 21, is charged with
two counts of 1st degree murder and two
counts of use of a firearm while
committing a felony.
He is being held without bond at
the New River Valley Regional Jail.

released survelliance video in hopes of
catching the suspects who robbed a gun
store in Collinsville.

VO-NAT It happened yesterday afternoon
around two o'clock at the Southern Gun
Shop.
Two suspects came in armed,
handcuffed the clerk, and forced him to
the floor.
He was not injured.
In all, the robbers took between 50
to 75 firearms, all were handguns and
revolvers.

Beamer also expressed his
disappointment about the arrest of one
his players, Stephen Friday.
Just hours before the shooting at
Harris's Chasewood Downs apartment, in
a separate incident, an all out brawl
erupted on Draper Street.
Friday was among those arrested
and has been suspended for one game.
Beamer pointed out that police
are still investigating that incident
as well and says he's eager for the
results.

acres in a 700-thousand square foot

its land ... Lynchburg was the final
piece to the puzzle.
The Crossroads Colonnade project,

hands full investigating not one, but
two armed robberies from last night.
The first one happened just before
7-30-- when three men wearing ski masks
entered a home on Hughes Street.
The suspects took money from the
victims and fled.
About an hour later... a man was
robbed in the parking lot of the Fas
Mart on Goodyear Boulevard.
Again, the suspects were two men
wearing ski masks.
No shots were fired in either incident.

for fighting have been transferred to
the Virginia Beach S-P-C-A where
they're being evaluated for adoption.
However, the fates of nearly 50-
fighting pit bulls rests with a court-
appointed guardian.

April rescue groups interested in evaluating
the dogs.
Once the groups are chosen
they'll determine if the dogs can be
adopted or should be euthanized.

the area today keeping a chance for an
isolated shower, along with morning
fog. Highs will be impressively warm,
reaching the low 70s. A stronger cold
front will punch the area with a better
chance of showers and much cooler
temperatures Wednesday Night into early
Thursday morning. Winds will increase
behind the front, gusting 25-30mph at
times. This front will drop
temperatures down into the 50s Thursday
afternoon. Highs will remain in the low
