in Carroll County that left two
teenagers dead and a third injured. .

An arrest has been made in the
case.

The Sherriff's office says that
Clinton Eric Burke of Hillsville has
been charged with the murders of 19
year old George Adam Fulton and a 17
year old who has not been named.

It happened inside this home on
Frog Spur Road in Fancy Gap.

19 year old Amanda Bond was also
shot in the shoulder, but she is doing
okay.

Burke is charged with two counts
of 1st degree murder and two counts of
use of a firearm while committing a
felony.

He is being held without bond at the
New River Valley Regional Jail.

Now investigators are releasing the
surveillance video in hopes of catching
the suspects.

It was just after two o'clock Tuesday
afternoon, when the two suspects walked
inside the Southern Gun Shop armed with
handguns.

In this different angle, you can see
one of the suspects stealing the guns
while another one handcuffs the clerk
and forces him to the floor.

gun after gun into a bag.

At one point one of the suspects goes
to the front door and points a gun to
prevent a customer from entering the
shop.

We're told in all between 50 and 75
guns were taken.

Authorities say they were all
handguns and revolvers.

They also believe the suspects knew
exactly what to take.

agents have found no evidence that
Blackwater security guards were fired
on when they killed 17 Iraqi civilians
in September.

civilian and military officials briefed
on the case-- says the guards were

unjustified in killing at least 14 of
the civilians.

It goes on to say that they violated
the rules of

deadly force.

Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for
Blackwater says the company supports
quotes "stringent accountability" for
any wrongdoing by its guards in the
shooting.

this time of year -- three dollars per
gallon here in Roanoke.

And by spring they're talking about
it possibly going up to four dollars a
gallon.

But this year they're actually on the

rise because the price of crude oil is
up.

Whatever the reason, consumers say
they're tired of the high gas prices.

votes and 86 points.

Sabathia went 19-7 with 209

last month.

for fighting have been transferred to
the Virginia Beach S-P-C-A where
they're being evaluated for adoption.

However, the fates of nearly 50-
fighting pit bulls rests with a court-
appointed guardian.

the dogs.

Once the groups are chosen
they'll determine if the dogs can be
adopted or should be euthanized.

Animal behavioral specialist
Sarah Babcock says most dogs bred for

released survelliance video in hopes of
catching the suspects who robbed a gun

store in Collinsville.

Shop.

Two suspects came in armed,
handcuffed the clerk, and forced him to
the floor.

He was not injured.

In all, the robbers took between 50
to 75 firearms, all were handguns and

a year after a bringing a gun to
school.

boy brought the weapon to school on
Monday to show off to some of his
classmates.

They, say the gun was not loaded,
and the student wasn't carrying any
ammunition.

Police took him into custody,

the Commonwealth's Attorney says, the
student will face several charges
including possession of a firearm on
school property.

two local governments.

Last night, Lynchburg city
council voted to rezone its portion of
a 186-acre retail development
straddling the line between the city
and Campbell County.

The project features 700-thousand
square feet of new shopping and
restaurant space, along with a water
park and hotel/resort.

getting the city's okay was the last
piece of the puzzle the developers

The Sherriff's office says that
Clinton Eric Burke of Hillsville has
been charged with the murders of 19
year old George Adam Fulton and a 17
year old who has not been named.

inside the Southern Gun Shop armed with
handguns.

one of the suspects stealing the guns
while another one handcuffs the clerk
and forces him to the floor.

Yesterday afternoon the Cy Young
award - which goes to the best pitcher
in baseball - was handed out in the
American League.

up the honor - giving the Indians
their first Cy Young award winner in 35
years.

Sabathia picked up 19 of 28
first-place votes and finished with 119
points in balloting done by the

Josh Beckett finished second in
the ballotting with eight first-place
votes and 86 points.

Sabathia went 19-7 with 209
strikeouts this year as he pitched a
major league-high 241 innings.

been suspended for a year after a
bringing a gun to school Monday.

Officials say the gun wasn't loaded,
and the student wasn't carrying any
ammunition.

Sunday Virginia Tech Coach Frank Beamer is

concerned about his player's safety
after this weekend.

Seven rounds from a .9 millimeter

was arrested in a brawl on Draper

this time of year -- three dollars per
gallon here in Roanoke.

And by spring they're talking about
it possibly going up to four dollars a
gallon.

But this year they're actually on the
rise because the price of crude oil is
up.

Whatever the reason, consumers say
they're tired of the high gas prices.
