< Meteorologist Leo Hirsbrunner . A large
dome of cold high pressure is setting
up shop Friday as it builds east out of
the Plains. This will mean mostly sunny
skies for our area, however, much
cooler temperatures will be brought in
on a northwest flow. Highs Friday are
forecast in the low to mid 40s with
northwest winds gusting around 25mph.
As high pressure builds closer to the
area, winds slowly diminish Friday
night with clear skies and lows in the
cold low 20s!

Saturday brings continued sunshine and
slightly warmer temperatures as high
pressure moves off shore. Highs are
forecast in the mid 40s with a light
southerly flow.

Traveling Sunday? Right now there's a
50% chance of rain as moisture moves up

from the south. Highs Sunday are
expected to be cool in the low 40s.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny, breezy, cooler.
