40! The New River Valley and the
Highlands probably won't even make it
out of the 30s! Wind will be light.

This evening will be mostly clear, but
high level clouds will stream in
Thursday night as a front approaches
from the west. It'll be cold once again
with widespread 20s.

As a ridge develops across the
southeastern United States Friday and
through the weekend, we'll see a big
warm up. Highs are forecast near 50
Friday, mid 50s Saturday, and in the
60s Sunday. Skies will average partly
cloudy status during that time, with
weak moisture just to our west in West
Virginia and Kentucky. Our next best
chance of rain really doesn't arrive
until early next week.

THURSDAY: Sunny and cold. High: 41

THURSDAY NIGHT: Increasing clouds. Low:
24

FRIDAY: Partly sunny. Iso. shower
(west). High: 49

Have a great Thursday! Meteorologist
