Assembly kicks off, a new light is shed
on an old habit.

smoke-free Virginia Beach establishment
and proposed a statewide smoking ban in
restaurants and bars.
Under Kaine's proposal - smoking
would be outlawed inside any restaurant

Local voters doubt Mike Huckabee
will finish first because New Hampshire

was.
It's Barack Obama that seems to
