at Williamson Road Pawn Shop.
Police in Roaoke say Robert Louis
Johnson stole 10 weapons, but dropped
most of them when he ran away -- as the
store owner opened fire.

December 3, 2007 The shop owner testified Johnson
had been in the store for about 45
minutes.
After waiting for the store to
clear out, Johnson allegedly pulled his
gun and started gathering up weapons.
As he backed toward the door,
Johnson allegedly fired a shot at the
owner, Steve Beheler, hitting him in
the arm. Beheler says the bullet is
still lodged in his chest.

quarterback Marcus Vick for 6 point
three million dollars.
She alleges Marcus took advantage
of her sexually -- which caused her
psychological trauma.
Now her attorneys want a judge to
require MICHAEL Vick to give a sworn
statement they hope will corroborate
her allegations.
Michael Vick is currently serving
a 23-month-prison sentence in Kansas in
connection with a dog fighting ring.

Track star Marion Jones was
senteneced to six months in prison -
- despite desperate pleas to not
be seperated from her young children.
Jones was also given two years
probation.
The Olympian admitted last
October to lying to federal
investigators about her use of steriods
before and after the 2000 Sydney
Olympics.
She also admitted to lying about
involment in a check scam.
Jones won three gold and two
bronze medals at the 2000 Olympics.
All of those medals have since
been stripped.

tried to pass one of its toughest tests
of the season as district rival
Blacksburg rolled into South Roanoke
County.

Luke Hancock then decided to show
off a couple of his moves as he spins
to the baseline and hits the floater as
Hidden Valley led by 2 after one
quarter.
But the Bruins started to settle
down and use their quickness. In

coast to coast for the bucket and he
draws the foul.
Then watch the nice high-low
action as Nick English makes a sweet
pass inside to Junior Brown, He had 19
points, 10 reboudns and 5 blocks.
This time Holmes will again deal
from the corner only this time he keeps
and spots the wide open English on the
block for the easy layin and the Bruins

Board of Visitors met today and the
group was officially presented with
Phase I of the planned expansion for
Bridgeforth Stadium.

The plan to completely knock down
the home side grandstand and build a
new two tiered complex in its place.
They will also add 4200 additional
seats to the north end zone - lifting

bear is being handfed high-fat milk
every two or three hours.
German zookeepers took the cub
from its mother out of fear she might
kill it.
It's the first cub to be hand
raised in Germany since Knut KUH-NOOT -
the world famous polar bear whose
mother rejected him.
The zookeepers are looking for
another motherless cub to raise it.
The cub is set to make its public
debut in April.
