It happened this morning at the
intersection of Triple Oak Circle and
Seminole Drive in Amherst County near
the Willow Branch Apartments.
Investigators don't know what
time it happened, but it was just after
eight o'clock that a passerby noticed
what he thought was a doll on the side
of the road.
That man came back to check it
out and found the two-year old.

without his parents knowing.
Meanwhile, they are looking for

They're trying to piece together
evidence from the scene, but are asking
anyone who notices this kind of damage
to contact the State Police or the
Amherst County Sheriff's Office.

County after an apparent murder
suicide.

Police were called out to
Flinthill Road in Cana early this
morning for a shooting.
When they arrived, they found
Brandy O'Neal dead and Kevin Dean
O'Neal with a gunshot wound to the
head.

a former Staunton River High School
Teacher.

The incidents allegedly involved a

until yesterday as they dedicated their
new pipe organ.

Presbyterian Church have started this
way for decades.
But it's never sounded quite like

Sunday marks the first time this
church has had an organ of its own
since fire destroyed their old one in
2000.

The organ was built by C.B. Fisk
- a company used by churches all over
the country.
Their organs are so popular,
Lexington Presbyterian was forced onto

ordered theirs.
But church members say, it's
worth the wait.

Slaton says he will skip his senior
season and enter the NFL draft.

close to the numbers of his sophomore
season in which he was named an AP All
American and rushed for a school-record
1,733 yards.
Slaton still compiled 1,051
yards, giving him a third straight
1,000-yard season.

career record with 50 TDs.
