Police were careful to say this is
a vehicle of interest- but would not
say anything more.

Avenue--- stopping cars at the


intersection with Ranchcrest in Roanoke
County- near where the crash happened.

It was 5:45 A-M a week ago that
Tom Farrell was hit and killed while
jogging on Springlawn Avenue. If you

his parents Friday in their suburban
Baltimore home, along with his two
younger brothers.


They say Browning used one of his
father's guns, and then called police

those who know him never expected this.

Holloway case is heading back behind
bars.

Iskandariyah, 30 miles of Baghdad. US

quarterback Michael Vick some good
news.

VO-NAT Judge David Doty says the NFL cannot


recover nearly 20 million dollars in
bonus money paid to Vick.


The league sought to recover the


bonuses after Vick pleaded guilty to
federal charges in a dogfighting
operation.


The bonuses were paid from 2004
through 2007.


But Judge Doty ruled that allowing
the Falcons to recover the bonus money
would violate the NFL collective
bargaining agreement.


The agreement does not allow signing
bonuses to be forfeited for years a
player has already performed.


Vick is now serving a 23-month
sentence.
