is once again in trouble with the law

Kenny Tran was arrested Tuesday
night at his "Sky Nails" salon.
He's charged with felony sexual
battery.

He's accused of sexually abusing
a woman last Friday.
Tran is also still accused of
molesting six other clients in his
store.
A court date for those charges
will be set in May.
Tran served a six month jail
sentence after a jury found him guilty
of assault and battery last year.

having a sexual relationship with a 16
year old female student will not have
to spend time in jail.

of taking indecent liberties with a
child in PULASKI County.
Authorities say the charges stem
from incidents at a Pulaski home last
summer.
As part of today's plea
agreement, one of the felony charges
was dropped.
The other - reduced to a

hours of community service, and ordered
to stay away from the victim until
she's 18.
Hounshell was an agriculture
teacher at Fort Chiswell High School.
He resigned in September.

designed to ban smoking in various
places.
Members say the government
shouldn't be telling business owners
what to do on their own property.
They say many restaurants in
Virginia are already smoke- free- which
gives non- smokers a choice.
Those who support the bill say
second- hand smoke kills people....
Folks eating out may have a
choice... but they say employees of
businesses that allow smoking do not.

President Bush decided today to
fire on a broken spy satellite because
its fuel poses a danger to people on
the ground.
No word on exactly when the
Defense Department will act.
The Joint Chiefs Vice Chairman
says a Navy ship will fire on the
satellite just before it re-enters the
earth's atmosphere.
They say after the hit, it would
be next to impossible for any pieces to
reach the ground.

The FDA thinks the factory is
linked to an ingredient in the drug
heparin HEP'-ARE-IN.
The blood thinning drug has been
linked to hundreds of allergic
reactions and fourth deaths.
The drug maker says the
ingredient was made at the Chinese
factory.

35 thousand emergency trailers

The decision was promted by tests

The Virginia Department of Health
reports that influenza is officially
widespread in every district, which
means flu cases are at their highest.
One of the worst outbreaks is
winding down at the University of
Virginia.
As of late Wednesday, U.Va.
health officials had treated 445 flu
cases in the past month.

shop in a former tobacco plant in the

a new defensive coordinator.
Tonight, Bob Pruett confirmed
that he is coming out of retirement to
coach the Cavs defenders.

coach at Marshall for nine season where
he won 94 games, six conference
championships and five bowl games. He
coached Randy Moss, Chad Pennington and
Byron Leftwich and took Marshall
through the tought transition period
moving it to the divison one ranks.
Pruett stepped down at Marshall
in 2005 just before his 62nd birhtday.
He will come out of a three year
retirement to coach in the ACC - a
place he and Al Groh shared back in the
day when Pruett was Groh's defensive
coordinator in 1985 and 1986 when the
two were at Wake Forest.

would finish ninth and 11th to earning
two of four available spots for
Sunday's Daytona 500.
But the win goes to Dale Junior -
