killed four students.

the bus was hit by a van, then struck a

and tipped on its side.


The crash occurred near Cottonwood, a
small town about 120- miles southwest

some of the injured children to the


hospital.


Others went by ambulance or
helicopter.

Leonard Junior's farm.


County leaders say the cows
suffered from severe malnutrition.


A state veterinarian found three


dead cattle left unburied on the
property.


Animal control charged Leonard
with 58 counts of misdemeanor animal
cruelty.


He's out of jail on a 5-thousand
dollar bond and will be in court on
those charges Friday.

That's because some
emergency food assistance programs did
get the meat.


It turned out..Second
Harvest Food Bank didn't have any.

in Minnesota after a bus crash that


killed four students.

Authorities say at least 14 others
were injured when


the bus was hit by a van, then struck a
pickup,


and tipped on its side.


The crash occurred near Cottonwood, a
small town about 120- miles southwest
of Minneapolis.


The first drivers to arrive at the
scene of the crash were asked to take
some of the injured children to the
hospital.


Others went by ambulance or
helicopter.

as another front moves through. Winds
will increase again as well, gusting
