<< Good evening, I'm chief

SkyTracker7 Forecast Center.
Certainly hope you didn't let the

sunshine fool you today, as
temperatures were a good 15 to 20
degrees colder than normal. Mountain
snow showers have all but tapered off,
leaving some of the higher elevations
with nearly a foot of natural snow
(great Skiing). Skies remain partly
cloudy with another night of bitterly
cold temperatures as lows tumble to the
low 20s. Winds will be light to start,
then turn calm overnight. We do get a
bit warmer Friday. However, we'll also
get a bit wet at times as a front
pushes through during the late
afternoon and early evening.
Temperatures ahead of the front will
climb to around 50 degrees, with light
showers coming in after 3pm. Sunshine
returns over the weekend, with
seasonable highs in the 40s Saturday
and 50s Sunday. Saturday does look a
little breezy to start, with winds
gusting as high as 35mph. A surge of
warmer air will arrive next Monday,
driving temperatures to around 60.

FRIDAY: Clouds increase, late afternoon
