Senator Hillary Clinton's campaign.

"We are here to proclaim, yes we can,

we are going to win in Texas!"

Obama dried up Clinton's longstanding
lead in the Lone Star state, and polls

show he's just barely trailing her in
Ohio. But the Clinton campaign says

it's feeling a momentum shift, thanks
in large part to her 3 in the morning

over the rest of the nation in that
they

can vote twice today...once at a

tonight."

(SOT: Steven Thomas/Texas Voter)

"It's a way to take part in getting
your voice heard."

That two-step system could mean one
candidate might win the popular vote,
but

wind up with fewer delegates. As for
the Republicans, a strong showing

today by Senator John McCain could net
him his party's nomination and end his

cordial GOP race with Mike Huckabee.
