Tonight The fire broke out just before
nine o'clock.

It started in one building on the
100 block of Albelmarle, and quickly
spread to the building next door.

When firefighters arrived, they
found heavy flames shooting from both
buildings.

Everyone got out safely, but not
before some very scare moments.

That's why firefighters are still
trying to figure out how many people
have been displaced.

know both buildings have significant
damage to the upper floors.

will begin tomorrow in William Morva's

capital murder trial in Abingdon.

Morva is accused in killing a
security guard and a deputy in 2006.

went much smoother than it did several
months ago in Montgomery County.

Judge Ray Grubbs moved Morva's
trial because too many people there had
close ties to the case.

The change of venue upset many of
the victims friends, family, and
co-workers because they wanted to be
there for the trial.

24 potential jurors were chosen
today, and court will start early
tomorrow so the prosecution and defense
can each strike five people from the
pool.

today, and there is no relief in sight.

increase production to help reduce
costs, but experts feel that a new
record high is coming instead.

They say that the new price serge
is not due to a shortage in supply but
rising inflation and the weakening u-s
dollar.

highway was shut down tonight after a
tractor trailer wreck.

ramp connecting Routes 460 and 29.

State police say a truck carrying
a generator was going up the ramp too
fast - and that caused the truck to
turn over.

No one was injured.

The accident blocked both lanes
of westbound 460.

Traffic was re-routed onto
Business 29 while crews cleaned up the
scene.

a surprise today if they checked their

The university says online
ticket buyers mistakenly had money
debited from their bank accounts.

The university is working
to refund the money. It should be
credited tonight and the university
says overdraft fees should also be
credited by the banks.

Security of the account
information was NOT compromised.

The university is trying to
contact affected ticket buyers via

His Car Owner Jack Roush has also been

addition to that, Edwards' crew chief
