Tonight The fire broke out just before
nine o'clock.


It started in one building on the
100 block of Albelmarle, and quickly
spread to the building next door.


When firefighters arrived, they
found heavy flames shooting from both
buildings.


Everyone got out safely, but not
before some very scare moments.

have been displaced.

capital murder trial in Abingdon.


Morva is accused in killing a
security guard and a deputy in 2006.

went much smoother than it did several
months ago in Montgomery County.


Judge Ray Grubbs moved Morva's
trial because too many people there had
close ties to the case.


The change of venue upset many of
the victims friends, family, and
co-workers because they wanted to be
there for the trial.


24 potential jurors were chosen
today, and court will start early
tomorrow so the prosecution and defense
can each strike five people from the
pool.

highway was shut down tonight after a
tractor trailer wreck.

State police say a truck carrying
a generator was going up the ramp too
fast - and that caused the truck to
turn over.


No one was injured.


The accident blocked both lanes

Business 29 while crews cleaned up the
scene.

The university is working

His Car Owner Jack Roush has also been

addition to that, Edwards' crew chief
