prosecution and defense will each

After that, we're expecting
opening statements followed by

Remember - several months ago
Judge Grubbs moved the trial here to

That upset many people close to

<< Good evening, I'm meteorologist
Robin Reed in the SkyTracker7 Forecast
Center. High pressure will keep the
region in a bit of a holding pattern,
with clearing skies and chilly
overnight lows. As high pressure moves
into the Atlantic, a southerly push of
warmer temperatures will arrive,
pushing highs to around 60 with
sunshine and light winds Thursday. A
series of disturbances along a cold
front bring our next rain chance on
Friday. Looks like showers will

approach SW Virginia during the
afternoon and continue off and on into

by Saturday afternoon, any rain should

of a cut. By Saturday and Sunday, highs
only manage mid 40s with lows in the

for a return of bright sunshine by

jjadhon@wdbj7.com The Federal Reserve says the economy
has been slowing since the first of the
year.

That means more interest rate cuts
could be coming.

Investors like the sound of that.

The Dow rose 41 points to close at

*CG locator Grand Canyon National Park,

Arizona So officials have started a flood in
hopes of restoring the Canyon's
ecosystem.

The torrent will flow for three days
along the Arizona-Utah state line.

The Colorado River used to be warm
and muddy, but now it's cold and clear.
The shift led to the extinction of four

fish species.

Officials hope the flooding will
stir up the sediment.

The dam will release more than 300-
thousand gallons of water every second
for 60 hours..... a rate that would
fill the Empire State Building in 20
minutes.
