:00 Yesterday 13 potential jurors
were selected.

24 jurors are needed, then the
prosecution and defense will cut 5
people each.

Most of those excused from jury
duty yesterday had stong opinions
either for or against the death
penalty.

Morva is accused of escaping
police custody and killing a security

officer and deputy in August 2006.

The case was moved to Abingdon
because so many people in Montgomery
County had first hand knowledge of the
case.
