Montgomery County Sheriff's

the hospital in 2006.


Prosecutors say Morva beat
Quesenberry unconscious and took his


pistol.

Interest is capped at 36-
percent.

coastal region Lows are forecast near
40 with light wind. Clouds will be
overhead by Friday morning, with a good
chance of showers and drizzle


developing as the day wears on. Expect
cooler temperatures Friday with highs
around the mid and upper 40s. The storm
near Alabama moves toward the southern
Appalachians Friday night. A good
steady rain could develop for a few
hours, possibly resulting in another
inch of rain for some areas The storm
is scheduled to exit during the
afternoon Saturday, with slow clearing
and gusty northwesterly winds
developing. Some gusts could approach
35mph by Saturday afternoon with partly
sunny skies. Due to the heavy
downpours from Tuesday of this week,
the ground is fairly saturated, despite
having a long-term drought. We'll have
to monitor rainfall rates and amounts

A week before the annual Maple
Festival begins in Highland County, a
devastating fire destroyed one of the
premiere sugar camps that processes the
county's famous syrup.

Puffenbarger's Sugar Camp, one of the
longest-running in Highland county.
The fire destroyed the building, the
equipment and at least 300 gallons of
fresh maple syrup.


Now, THIS is what it looked like
in 2006 when I observed the
syrup-making process at the farm.


The Puffenbarger family has been
making the breakfast treat for the past
50 years.


The Highland Maple Festival will


take place over the next 2 weekends.

early morning explosion in Times
Square.

bicyclist who left the area a few
minutes before the bomb detonated.


They are also investigating

death of its student government
president.

Police say Carson had been shot

but we always ask our patients and if
they say, "These two foods, like if I
eat greasy foods and if I eat chocolate
my acne flares," the first thing we do
is say, "Why don't you avoid those?"

yogurt, cheese. If they're willing, we
ask them to go on a milk exclusion diet
for a while to just see if excluding
those will actually help their acne.

impact on one student, that he came
back as a teacher after earning his
bachelor's degree.


He says the students learn

Bratton starred for coach Rob
Senseney the past two years playing
