hdavis@wdbj7.com West Virginia's getting tougher
on drunk drivers.

The Legislature agreed during its
session this weekend, all first-time
offenders with blood-alcohol levels of
point 15 or greater will have to have
an interlock system installed in their
vehicles.

That means drivers would blow
into a device to measure their blood
alcohol level before their car would
start.

West Virginia already requires
the interlock program for

repeat offenders.

(END SOT) Wyoming has spoken and on Tuesday it

will be Mississippi's turn. Saturday's

caucuses in Wyoming earned Barack Obama
two more delegates than Hillary

Clinton but the democratic race to the
White House could ultimately be

determined by two states who voted
months ago:

(Super: Howard Dean/D-N-C) :19 - :24

VIDEO FROM CBS/FACE THE NATION

" I THINK IT'S VERY UNLIKELY THAT
FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN, GIVEN HOW CLOSE
THIS

RACE IS, IS GOING TO BE SEATED, AS IS."

There are more than 300 delegates
between the two states - but both
Michigan

and Florida chose to go against party

rules when they held their primaries

early. As a result, both states knew
going in their delegates would not be

seated....at the Democratic National
Convention in August. NOW those
delegates

may be needed to determine who gets
the nomination.

(Dean - quick)

"EVERYONE'S GOING TO WORK VERY HARD TO
FIND A COMPROMISE WITHIN THE RULES

-THAT'S FAIR TO BOTH CAMPAIGNS....

Sen. Bill Nelson /D- Fl :52 - :58

'WE EITHER HAVE TO HAVE A PLAN AS
COUNTING THE PRIMARY AS IS - OR DOING
IT

OVER....'

One way to do it over would be using a
mail-in vote:

(Super: Sen Carl Levin/D-Michigan )
1:04 - 1:13

VIDEO FROM ABC/THIS WEEK

IF WE CAN WORK OUT A PRACTICAL, FAIR
MAIL IN - SEEMS SOMETHING TO BE

CONSIDERED..."

Some say the states already voted - and
the delegates should just be divided

that way. But the Obama campaign will
likely not go for that, since his name

wasn't even on the ballot in Michigan
and no democrats campaigned in either

state. And another big issue is who
will pay for a re-do. The DNC says all

of its resources are needed to make
sure who ever gets the nomination -
will

beat John McCain....

twells@wdbj7.com The Virginia Tech Hokies could
have firmed up an NCAA bid yesterday
with a win at Clemson. While the
bubble hasn't completely burst just
yet, it may have a serious leak after
another tight game on the ACC road.

Lincoln Financial Sports-Raycom Terrence Oglesby heated things up :00 for the Tigers early on, hitting 4
threes in the first half breaking open
a tight game.

But A-D Vassallo was up to the
challenge slamming home 2 of his 23
before fouling out late. Tech trailed
by 7 at the break.

In the second half, the Hokies
Jeff Allen went to work down low
getting a hard earned bucket. The
visitors were up 6 inside of 5 minutes
left.

Clemson took a one point lead
before Deron Washington came up with a
huge tip in with 9 ticks left to put
Tech back up by one.

But the Hokies fouled Demontez
Stitt with 3.8 seconds to go and Stitt
hit both free throws helping Clemson
win it 70 to 69. *CG final Virginia Tech Tech missed 4 crucial free throws down 69 the stretch that didn't help. With the Clemson heartbreaker Tech is 9 and 7 in the 70 league and will now be the 4th seed in
the ACC Tournament, taking on the
Miami-NC State winner on Friday
afternoon at 2 in Charlotte.

twells@wdbj7.com The Virginia Cavaliers have been
reduced to the role of spoiler but most
folks would agree that the Hoos are a
team that is coming together and one
that nobody wants to see in the ACC
Tournament. It was senior night in
Charlottesville as the Cavs said
goodbye to Sean Singletary.

Comcast Sports Net Singletary was honored in the :00 pregame with his parents and had his
jersey retired immortalized in the
rafters at John Paul Jones Arena.

Singletary struggled early but he
got some help from his teammates.
Jamil Tucker nails the 3 ball from the
corner pocket but the Cavs trailed by 1
at halftime.

In the second half, Mamadi Diane
gets to the rack and tips in his own
miss to put UVA up four.

Singletary scored 27--these two
on the break put him over the 2
thousand mark for his career something
only 4 other Cavs have done. *CG final Maryland Virginia won it 91 to 76 and will be 76 the 10th seed in the tournament facing Virginia Georgia Tech Thursday night at 7.

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. started on

laps, putting 12 cars a lap down in
that time. He stayed in the top 10
most of the day.

Past the halfway point,

spun out for the third time just barely
rubbing the wall to bring out the
caution.

Carl Edwards went after his
3rd win in a row. He was leading but
went up in smoke blowing an engine
about 50 laps from the finish.

Kyle Busch was dominant in
Saturday's Nationwide Race but didn't
have anything to show for it.
Yesterday he made up for that,
blistering the field taking the
checkered flag nearly 3 seconds ahead
of his teammate Tony Stewart. Dale,
Jr. was third, Greg Biffle fourth and
Jeff Gordon 5th. The win by Busch is
the first for Toyota. And at the age of
22, he's the youngest winner in the
