get caught drivng drunk.
The Legislature agreed during its
session this weekend, all first-time
offenders with blood-alcohol levels of

an interlock system installed in their
vehicles.
That means drivers would blow
into a device to measure their blood
alcohol level before their car would

Center. Clear, calm and chilly tonight
with lows in the mid and upper 20s.
Monday starts sunny and cool. As high
pressure slides to the east, a light
southwest wind will push afternoon
highs into the upper 50s with mostly to
partly sunny skies. A weak clipper-like
system to the west could bring a
sprinkle or light shower to the

but mositure with this boundary is very
limited.
After a cool day with highs near 50

the south Friday, bringing a 40% chance
of showers. The heaviest rain with this

O-D-U is the first university in
Virginia to launch a channel on the
popular video-sharing site YouTube.
The channel went live this year
and has videos featuring various
aspects of the school, such as
spotlights on faculty, a promotion for
a film festival and a helicopter tour
of the campus.
The school is hoping to attract
students who are used to getting
information on the Internet and
spending time on social networking
sites such as Facebook.
Eventually the university will
offer full course lectures that can be
watched for free, but not for college
credit.
