looks like the Volvo strike at the
Dublin Plant could come to an end soon.

has reached a tentative agreement with
the union for a three year contract.
Workers now have to vote whether
to ratify the agreement
This comes on the very day some
non-union workers came forward to say
they have been harassed for staying on
the job.

morning on Lafayette Boulevard.

allegedly tried to rob two men who were
inside painting.
He ended up shooting one of
them...20 year old Darrius B. Doctor of
Roanoke.

Police describe the suspect as a
black male about 5 feet 9 ,medium

affect people in one city neighborhood.
Police will shut down Thomas Road
between McCausland (Muh-cause-land)
Street and Perrymont Avenue beginning
at 7 A-M.
People of that area are asked to

Tomorrow's emergency drill will
be one of the largest ever staged in
Lynchburg.

Richmond.

That's the law designed to

once again... a trip that cost
