WALK INTO CK/TITAN TITAN RADAR ANALYSIS

<< Good evening, I'm Meteorologist
Brent Watts in the SkyTracker7 Forecast
Center. Latest models have a front
coming in from the west, moving through
the Virginias and stalling out in the
Carolinas. This would provide a few
light showers Friday afternoon, with
highs nearing 70 degrees. We're in
between systems Friday night. So look
for mainly some light drizzle and
clouds with lows in the mild 40s. High
pressure across New England will keep a
wedge of somewhat cooler air in place.

At the same time, a disturbance will
travel along the stalled out front,
bringing widespread rain to the region.
The exact track is still up in the air,
but it appears that an inch or more of
rain can be expected starting anytime
after Noon Saturday and extending into
the evening. Winds will also increase a
bit behind the front. Showers begin to
taper off during the morning. Sunday
afternoon should feature increasing
sunshine as high pressure returns.
Temperatures will cool behind the front
into the mid 50s. The start of next
week is quiet as sunshine returns along
with average highs in the upper 50s.
Looks like the next chance of showers
(after this weekend) won't arrive until
next Wednesday. Get the latest weather
forecast and radar imagery anytime on

gkittelson@wdbj7.com Good Evening Folks, I'm Grant
Kittelson in for Mike Stevens.

It was good news, bad news for

Hidden Valley at the High School State
Tournament in Richmond last season.

That was the case again this
year.

A season ago the Hidden Valley
Girls won the State Championship.

They were back trying to defend
their title Group Double "A" Title
again this season.

Eagles vs Titans The Titans' students completely
packed one end of the Siegel Center to
see if the girls could get past their
semi-final opponent Greensville County.

Early on those fans got an eyeful
of 6 Foot 2 Gabriel Tyler who really
dominated the paint on both ends of the
floor. But Mike McGuire did two key
things at that point.

He slapped on the press and put
the ball in the hands of Abby Oliver.
Watch her break down the defense on the
drive and hit the pull-up jumper.

Oliver would would also feed her
teammates, she leads the break and

fires a perfect pass to streaking Abby
Redick - who gets the transition hoop. *CG final Hidden Valley

65 Oliver would just keep cranking Greensville Co. she scores a game high 22 points in 32 just 24 minutes as the Titans advance
with a 65 to 32 win over Greensville.

Bulldogs vs Titans Hidden Valley came out of the
lockerroom looking like they were going
to exact revenge on the Bulldogs who
are coached by former U-V-A Standout
Byrant Stith.

The Titans came out shooting like
Stith, they will find Ben Boggs in the
Corner, he will knock down the 3 from
deep.

Boggs led Hidden Valley in
Scoring with 18 points in the, game, 10
of those came in the first half
including this bucket as the Titans led
by 8 at the break.

That lead didn't last, Luke
Hancock doing his part with this hoop,
but Hidden Valley scored just 6 points
in the 3rd quarter and much like last
year - Brunswick owned *CG final Hidden Valley the second half of the game outscoring 49 Hidden Valley 34-to-20.

Brunswick Brunswick ends the Titans' season

55 55 to 49.
