the strike is over at the Volvo plant
in Dublin.

Workers won't be heading back to
work Monday though.

Wednesday But the picket lines will be long
gone.

Ninety percent of the workers
voted to approve the new contract.

A union spokesman told News 7 the
company did address its concerns over
health, safety and recall rights.

Workers will return to the job
March 24th. Until then they
can continue to draw unemployment.

About 26 hundred employees walked
off the job at midnight on January 31.

The new contract is good for
three years.

the Martin Luther King Jr. Bridge, but
moved into the Gainsboro Parking Garage
because of the rain.

Powell said the city's
neighborhoods and its schools are among
her top priorities.

ripped through southwestern Georgia,
killing at least one person.

Franklin claims she owes about
