Mountain this evening.
They're out now but authorities
say they all look suspicious.

They were mostly on the east side
of Mill Mountain off of Fishburn
Parkway.
Authorities are asking people to

collapse of a huge crane has
transformed into a search and rescue
operation. Crews used a second crane to
delicately remove pieces of the crane
that fell. Several people are still
missing in the rubble.

remain even after the physical damage
is repaired and the debris is removed."
Track 2: City officials say the crane
was inspected the day before the
accident and was deemed safe. But
neighbors say they had repeatedly
objected to the project, which they
considered dangerous.

had issued 13 violations to the
construction site in the past 2 years.
At the time of the accident,
construction workers were in the
process of raising the crane to start
work on a new floor of a high rise
condo building.

here since the collapse investigating
why it happened, but their primary task
is to search for victims. They brought
in search dogs and heat sensing cameras
to help.

rescuers pulled one man from the
wreckage, a worker in a bar that used
to occupy the first floor of this
pulverized four story brownstone. For
many who live in the area, the huge
explosion and cloud of dust initially
seemed like an act of terrorism.
"I can see September 11th, crying"
Track 5: This is not the first major
construction accident this year in New
York.
A worker plunged to his death and two
others were injured at the Trump hotel
project in January.
But this was by far one of the most
devastating accidents this city has
seen in many years.

last night.

Charges range from animal cruelty

The EF-2 tornado that struck in
the heart of downtown Atlanta caused
extensive damage to skyscrapers, sports
arenas, apartments and homes.
In the historic neighborhood of
Cabbagetown, near downtown, the tornado
ripped the roof off dozens of homes and
uprooted large trees.
Winds reached 130 miles at one
point.
Power in the neighborhood isn't
expected to be fully restored until
sometime this week.

NCAA Tournament bubble burst tonight as
Seth Greenberg's team was snubbed by
the selection committee.
But Tech did get an invite to the
NIT as a number 1 seed, and will host
Morgan State Wednesday night at 7
inside Cassell Coliseum.
A possible second round date
with VCU or UAB would follow.
After getting over the initial
disappointment, the Hokies are just
excited to have another opportunity to
hoop it up.

Singletary hasn't played his last game
in the blue and orange. That's because
the Cavaliers will be a part of the
inaugural CBI Tournament--a 16 team
event that features a best of three
series between the two finalists to
decide the championship. Virginia will
host a game Tuesday night at John Paul
Jones Arena at 7pm. But the Cavaliers
don't yet know their opponent. They
hope to know that sometime late tonight
or tomorrow.
