Pulaski.
He's charged with three felony
charges related to these weekend

Ransome to disarm his 9- millimeter
pistol - for the sake of the children
who were asleep in the motel room.

in equipment's been stolen from a
Roanoke County school in at least
three-different incidents.

projector and several digital cameras
have been taken from Community School.
The latest break in happened less
than two-weeks ago just after the
school changed its locks.
Police say a hidden camera
recorded a young man in a classroom
after hours.
The video hasn't been released,
but police say it appears to be a
teenager with a slight build, about 5
feet six and wearing gray pants and
hoodie, along with a brown jacket.

It shows a customer's visit to
the salon last month when she said she
was abused by Tran.
After viewing the video during a

It's his first of six jury trials
on charges that he sexually abused six

Now a North Carolina family is

Green Ridge Mountain last month.

of trees and brush.
It took firefighters about a week to
get the fire out.
Most of the costs,

Additional fuel costs added

Center. Several Hometown Weather
Spotters have reported flurries and
snow showers Monday afternoon as a
brief early-Spring cold snap lingers.
It won't last long. With an upper low
moving overhead, a few
sprinkles/flurries are possible
tonight. Skies eventually turn clear
late with chilly lows in the 20s and a
westerly wind at 15mph. Tuesday, high
pressure to our south begins delivering
a southwest breeze with afternoon highs
climbing back to around 60. Expect only
a few passing clouds. Wednesday and
Thursday will be more Spring-like, with
warmer highs in the upper 60s and
partly sunny conditions. All is dry
until around late in the week. The
weekend won't be a washout, but we'll
watch for a few afternoon showers
Friday and Saturday. Skies clear on
Sunday with slightly cooler
