arrested a suspect after more than two
dozen vehicles were broken into over
the weekend.

Police say 18 year-old Thomas
Clyde Turpin of Pulaski is charged with
three felony charges related to these
weekend break-ins.

dozen different streets in
Christiansburg.
Police say the culprits were
taking anything they could find-
including cell phones, chargers, D-V-D
players, Satellite radio equipment and

Police say an alert officer --
noticed Turpin acting suspicious.
Charges are also expected to be
filed against two juveniles.
Most of the stolen property has
been recovered.

has had more than three-thousand
dollars in equipment stolen in at least
three-different incidents.

have been taken from Community School.
Police say a hidden camera
recorded a young man in a classroom
after hours.
The video hasn't been released,
but police say it appears to be a
teenager with a slight build, about 5

hoodie, along with a brown jacket.

in Montgomery County Circuit Court
today.
It's his first of six jury trials
on charges that he sexually abused six
clients.

Appalachian Power says it must
build the new substation to keep up
with the growing demand both in the
city and county.

But the question is where to put
a substation?
AEP says it needs about three
acres to build the 10 million dollar

state dogfighting case.

It was originally set for April
2nd.
Vick is serving a 23- month

dogfighting conspiracy charge.

settlement with the state.

Hirsbrunner in the SkyTracker7 Forecast
Center. Today, high pressure to our
south begins delivering a southwest
breeze with afternoon highs climbing
back to around 60. Expect only a few
passing clouds. Wednesday and Thursday
will be more Spring-like, with warmer
highs in the upper 60s and partly sunny
conditions. All is fairly dry until
later this week. The weekend won't be a
washout, but we'll watch for a few
afternoon showers Friday and Saturday.
Skies clear on Sunday with slightly
