Center. Showers along with drizzle and
fog will continue overnight with lows
in the 40s. A warm front passes to our
north Tuesday. This will lead to more
clouds and showers. However,
temperatures should climb back into the
upper 60s thanks to a southerly wind.
Late Tuesday night, a cold front will
begin to clear things out for us and
put and brief end to the showery
pattern. As a result, look for
increasing sunshine Wednesday with
highs in the 60s. Another cool air
wedge will likely develop Thursday.

shootings, a semi-circle of 32 stones
was placed on the drillfield in front
of Burruss Hall.
University President Charles
Steger said today plans to build a new
memorial have been dropped.
Organizers have also been meeting
to discuss the Peace Center that will
be established in the building where
most of the shootings took place.
Renovation of the second-floor
classrooms could begin this summer.

This is opening day in major

although for the Washington Nationals
it was more than just that.
Last night the Nats christened
their brand new ball park with a come
from behind win thanks to rytan
Zimmerman.
But there was no time to

The Nats had a 6-to-3 lead, but
their bullpen squandered the advantage
as Jimmy Rollins hit a two run homer in

runs in the final frame off reliever
Tom Gordon. Nick Johnson, Paul Lo Duca,

highlighted the scoring with RBI

Fans donated the stuffed animals
during the team's annual Teddy Bear
Toss over the weekend.
When the Gamblers made their
