under fire again. The state Department
of Public Safety released three more
squad-car videotapes from 2006 --
showing troopers using questionable
force against drivers.

beating a man with a flashlight after
pulling the suspect from the passenger

side of a car.

This other tape shows a trooper
pointing a shot-gun at two men who were
forced to lie on the ground after
getting pulled over.

The driver says he was hit in the
face with the barrel of the shotgun,
but that cannot be seen on the tape.

This third tape, shows a trooper
kicking a truck driver repeatedly in
the head after the man was ordered out
of a dump truck that was pursued for
miles on Interstate-95.

Virginia Tech shootings to make a

decision about a recent settlement.

Families will have another week
to respond to the deal the state's
proposing -- 100 thousand dollars and a

pictures of a classmate could land four
Franklin County teens in prison.

They were of a female - who's
also a student at Franklin County high
school.

Police have charged three boys
and one girl.

The charges range from
distribution of child pornography to
possession of child porn.

The maximum sentence for at least
one of those charges is 20 years in
prison.

The school declined to comment on
the situation.

charges in Bedford County.

An investigation by the Sheriff's
office led to 29 charges against them.

They're accused of everything
from possessing to making and selling
drugs like marijuana, cocaine, and
herion.

The Sheriff's office has set up a
special grand jury to hear drug cases
every other month in the county.

The Nats had a 6-to-3 lead, but
their bullpen squandered the advantage
as Jimmy Rollins hit a two run homer in
the seventh inning. The Phils had all
the momentum as they got the game tied
heading to the ninth.

But the Nats erupted for five
runs in the final frame off reliever
Tom Gordon. Nick Johnson, Paul Lo Duca,
Ronnie Belliard and Dmitri Young
highlighted the scoring with RBI
doubles. The Nats beat the Phils *CG final Washington 11-to-5. The last time the Nationals 11 were 2 and 0 to start a season they Philadelphia were known as the Expos.

season. Today Curry was named a second

team all-American by the Associated
Press today - and keep in mind the

NCAA tournament.

Curry averaged 25 points a game
during the regular season for the
Wildcats, but kicked it up a notch or
two in the postseason averaging 35 a
game in Davidson's run to the elite 8.
