16th- -the one year anniversary of the
shootings that left 32 people dead.
According to the group's website,
32 people will lie on the drillfield at

she's recovering from wounds most
humans would have a hard time dealing
with.
"She basically has two holes in
the top of her head now."
Police say the puppy's owner
hired someone to cut her ears off with
a pair of box cutters.
Paulette Dean/Director Danville
Humane Society: "People believe that
pitbulls need to have the ears removed
or shortened. We believe that cosmetic
surgery is not necessary."
Workers at the Danville Humane
Society aren't sure why this dog's ears
were removed.
But experts say some owners will
cut a dog's ears off when the animal is
being used for fighting.
"We're not saying that this dog
would have been involved in dog
fighting, but we're saying that it was
a victim of cruelty." 11:04:48
This isn't the first time the
humane society has seen a dog with its
ears cut off. This has actually been
going on for about ten years. And
that's why they're offering a one
thousand dollar reward to catch the
person who may be doing this.
"We have known for many years
that, for 50 dollars, someone will come
to your house and cut your dogs ears
off with a pair of scissors or with box
cutters."
This is the first time they've
found a dog so quickly after being cut.
They say it's the break they've
needed.
"We hope that we can bring this
to a close, or at least send out a
mighty strong warning to anyone who
thinks it's an acceptable thing to do."
And keep other dogs from
suffering the same injury.

Roanoke with murder.

children from the ranch so far.
The raid began last week after a
call from a 16-year-old girl who
claimed she had a child at age 15 with

voluntarily with the children and are
being housed at a historic fort in San
Angelo while authorities conduct

recalling some bottles of Samuel Adams,
because they might have pieces of glass
in them.
Inspectors found the problem with
12-ounce bottles at its Cincinnati
brewery.
The affected bottles are marked
on the base with the letter "n"
followed by the number "35" and the
letters "O and i."
The company says there haven't
been any reported injuries so far.

couple of weeks.
Weaver played in the Georgia Cup
last week.
Then over the weekend he teed it
up in the Augusta State Invitational
with the rest of the Tech Golf team.

week as he plays in the Masters, the
first of the Golf's 4 Majors.
Weaver qualifed for the
Tournament by winning the British
Amatuer last summer and is looking
