Leo goes back to desk enjoy pleasant, spring weather!
DESK 3-SHOT---ALL Highs head toward the mid and upper 70s
(tease and toss to bump) this afternoon with partly sunny skies.
Lottery-Bump You'll notice more clouds as the
COMM #-1 afternoon hours wear on. Expect south
winds at 10-15mph. Friday night will
feature plenty of clouds and a chance
of a few showers, however, most of
these will probably stay just over the
state line in West Virginia. Lows will
be mild, near 60.
The front crosses Virginia Saturday,
with mostly cloudy skies in the
morning, and partly sunny conditions
during the afternoon. There's a chance
of showers for the first half of
Saturday, but rain amounts will be on
the low side. Highs are forecast in the
mid and upper 60s. The front will be
east of us Saturday evening, and that
night will be much cooler with lows in
the low and mid 40s.
It looks like we'll see more clouds
than sunshine Sunday, and western
hometowns especially may see a 20%
chance of a light rain or snow shower.
Temperatures will only manage the mid
50s. 30s are forecast Sunday night -
bundle up!
Monday is still a little questionable
as far as how much sunshine that we'll
actually see. Right now, we'll call for
a sloppy "variably cloudy" sky (partly
to mostly cloudy), and perhaps a 20%
chance of a light shower or sprinkle.
The rest of the week looks simple...
Tuesday through Friday call for sunny
conditions and warmer temperatures!
Highs Tuesday will likely still be in
the 50s, but 60s return Wednesday, and
70s Thursday and Friday.
FRIDAY: Clouds increase. Warm. 79
FRIDAY NIGHT: Mostly cloudy. Possible
showers. Low: 60
SATURDAY: Early showers. Not as warm.
High: 69
Have a great and safe weekend, friends!

In 2007, internet scams cost
victims nationwide more than 230

And investigators believe that

most people only report these crimes to

front to our west today, we're going to
enjoy pleasant, spring weather!
Highs head toward the mid and upper 70s
this afternoon with partly sunny skies.
You'll notice more clouds as the
afternoon hours wear on. Expect south
winds at 10-15mph. Friday night will
feature plenty of clouds and a chance
of a few showers, however, most of
these will probably stay just over the
state line in West Virginia. Lows will
be mild, near 60.
The front crosses Virginia Saturday,

the low side. Highs are forecast in the

night will be much cooler with lows in
the low and mid 40s.
It looks like we'll see more clouds
than sunshine Sunday, and western
hometowns especially may see a 20%
chance of a light rain or snow shower.
Temperatures will only manage the mid
50s. 30s are forecast Sunday night -

Monday is still a little questionable
as far as how much sunshine that we'll
actually see. Right now, we'll call for
a sloppy "variably cloudy" sky (partly
to mostly cloudy), and perhaps a 20%
chance of a light shower or sprinkle.
The rest of the week looks simple...

FRIDAY: Clouds increase. Warm. 79

The international manhunt for Cesar
Laurean is over.
He was arrested last night in
Mexico...looking little like the
spit-polished
Marine who vanished in January.
(nats)
Laurean fled North Carolina after
authorities began to zero in on him in
the
December disappearance of fellow Marine
Maria Lauterbach.....She was 8 months
pregnant and had accused Laurean of
rape.
Police found her burnt remains - and
that of her unborn baby - buried in a
shallow grave in Laurean's backyard.
Before going on the run, he allegedly
wrote a note to his wife...Admitting he
buried the body....but claiming
Lauterbach had slashed her own throat.
The
F-B-I insists she died from a blow to
the head.
The Marine corporal was arrested after
Mexican police found him wandering
around a small town. He had only 10
pesos in his pocket and said he'd been
sleeping in fields and scavenging for
food. He gave his real name and was
detained without incident.
(nats)
The arrest caps a 3-month search.
After Laurean vanished, authorities
plastered his picture on billboards
coast-to-coast and featured him on the
F-B-I's most wanted list.
Laurean had told members of his unit he
would hide out in Mexico if he felt
authorities closing in. He was born
there but moved to the U-S more than
ten
years ago.
(oncam)
The extradition process could be
tricky. If Laurean fights it, it could
take
a year or two before he's back to face
charges.
