This Morning The fire started around 1:00 in
the 500 Block of 9th Street.

Authorities say that the home was
under renovation and there was no one
inside at the time.

However, residents next door have
been displaced due to heavy smoke in
the area.

The Red Cross is providing
assistance.

Nearby power lines reportedly
caught fire during the blaze, and fell
onto a chainlink fence, making it hard
for crews to get to it at first.

There is no official word yet on
what caused the fire, but the home is
said to be a total loss.

when they have concerns.

Counselors say the changes are
sending even more students their way.

challenge -- given many counselors

bitter.

(SOT HILLARY CLINTON courtesy CNN):

"FROM MY PERSPECTIVE, THE
CHARACTERIZATION

OF PEOPLE IN A WAY THAT REALLY SEEMED
TO BE ELITIST AND OUT-OF-TOUCH IS

SOMETHING WE HAVE TO OVERCOME..."

This is just the kind of opportunity
Clinton has been waiting for.

Pennsylvania's a must-win for her and
next Tuesday's primary is expected to

turn on working class voters.

(SOT HILLARY CLINTON ) : "I THINK HIS

COMMENTS WERE ELITIST AND DEVISIVE..."

Obama was trying last week to explain
his difficulty connecting with those

working class voters when he said
--QUOTE-- "The jobs have been gone now
for

25 years and nothing's replaced them.
And it's not surprising then they get

bitter....They cling to guns or
religion."

But now he may have driven them further
away.

(SOT MIKE ALLEN/CHIEF ANALYST,

POLITICO.COM): "ONE PROBLEM WITH THESE
REMARKS

IS THAT THEY PLAY INTO A NARRATIVE THAT
HAD BEEN OUT THERE ABOUT SENATOR

OBAMA. THAT IS, THAT HE APPEALS MOST
TO UPPER-CLASS DEMOCRATS - THEY CALL

THEM LATTE LIBERALS. AND THAT HE'S
SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T GET NORMAL
AMERICANS."

Obama certainly didn't need this now.
He HAD been slowly eating into
Clinton's

Pennsylvania lead.

Now - instead of trying to deal the
Clinton campaign what COULD be a

devastating loss - he's trying to
re-gain votes..that he may have lost
for

good.
