High School has reached a deal with
prosecutors...

Yates will plead guilty to a felony in
July.

Under the agreement Yates admits
to taking indecent liberties with a
teenage girl who was in his custody and
lived with the family in Troutville.

The 30-year-old will only serve
six-months of a three-year sentence.

Once he gets out he'll be on
probation and have to register as a sex
offender.

He had already served one tour in
Iraq and volunteered to return in the
place of his wife, who's also a member
of the Virginia National Guard.

The Ault family will receive
friends at the Bower Funeral Chapel in
Pulaski Saturday night from 5 to 8.

Ault's funeral will be Sunday
at two o-clock at the chapel, followed
by a burial service in Dublin.

Court yesterday.

to Vermont for a civil union in 2000.

Miller was then artificially
inseminated and gave birth to Isabella.

A year and a half later the
couple broke up.

Jenkins was given visitation

battle ensued.

Miller's attorneys today argued
visitation is not enforceable since
Virginia doesn't recognize gay
marriage.
