"People have been flocking to Hillary

Clinton says her campaign raised 3
million dollars overnight...money she
desperately needs to keep her
presidential hopes alive. Barack
Obama may
have lost Pennsylvania by 10 points ,
but he has a huge war chest, and he
leads in the delegate count as well
as the popular vote. He was already
in
one of the next big battleground
states when he congratulated Clinton.

"Now it's up to you, Indiana. You can
decide whether we're going to travel
the same worn path, or whether we
chart a new course that offers real
hope
for the future."
(Susan Roberts Bridge/Washington, D.C.)
Even with Pennsylvania in her pocket,
Clinton's White House hopes are still
described as "slim". She is
dangerously close to running out of
money... and
she is likely to have a tougher time
pulling out a such a convincing victory
in Indiana or North Carolina on May
6th.
Obama has a big lead in the North
Carolina polls, but Indiana could go
either
way. So not surprisingly, the
candidates are both campaigning there
today.
Obama needs to connect with older, less
affluent voters....and begin
addressing Clinton's criticism...that
he can't close the deal.
Clinton can't catch him in the delegate
count, but she can narrow the gap...
and hope to win over super delegates
who could end up deciding which
democratic candidate will take on John
McCain.

Tens of millions of Americans pop THESE

MIKE CLARKE, RESEARCH PUBLISHER
(:14-:22)
THESE VITAMINS ARE CERTAINLY NEEDED BY
THE BODY. THE ISSUE IS WHETHER WE TAKE
TOO MUCH OF THEM THEY ACTUALLY START
DAMAGING HOW THE BODY WORKS.
After reviewing more than 50 previous

University in Denmark found that
healthy people who take antioxidant

OF VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS BEFORE. A RECENT
HARVARD STUDY FOUND LITTLE BENEFIT TO

Vitamin makers here in Britain have hit

and partly sunny skies. The return of
sunshine will boost highs to the mid
70s both days. Saturday, a backdoor
cold front will stall out along the
VA/MD border. Showers and a few storms
may develop along the front, but should
not be that numerous. Highs stay put in
the 70s. We'll monitor this and keep
you updated throughout the week. The
front will stick around Sunday as well,
with scattered showers. ....Get your

(END SOT) what he hopes will be a productive stay
in the Queen City starting next Monday.
One of the many perks of winning
the National Club Pro Championship last
June is that it gave Chip six passes -
if you will - to PGA events of his
choosing. Charlotte will be his fourth
stop.
CHIP SULLIVAN
Chip is one of the longest
drivers on the tour when he's playing,
but in Charlotte he may have to
sacrifice some distance for accuracy.
CHIP SULLIVAN
Speaking of Tiger, the defending
champ will not be back next week to
defend his title in Charlotte. Just
after the Masters, Tiger had another
procedure done in his left knee. That
makes three surgeries on that same knee
since 1994.
His absence won't affect the
gallery size - the tournament is
complete sellout - and includes a
number of Chip fans who are heading
south.

Chip will get his first look at
the course at next week's Pro-Am. Mike
