Pulley is 20-years-old, from the

He's charged with aggravated
malicious wounding, robbery, and two

Last Night The shooting happened last night
around 10:30.
Police say three men walked in
and shot the clerk, who was standing
behind a counter.
That clerk is Abderrahin Elfilali
- friends tell us he also goes by the
name Raheem.
He's an immigrant from Morocco,
who's been running the Citgo station
with his brother for about three years.
We talked with many people today
who come to this store often and they
tell me Elfilali is a very friendly
person who will go out of his way to
help you out.

killing two people in North Carolina,
were arrested today... in Virginia.

26-year-old Ashley Smith and
38-year-old Timothy Hartford Junior
eventually surrendered at around seven
this morning.
The standoff began after a police
chase ended in a shopping center
parking lot... the suspect's baby was
in the car-- no one was hurt.
The couple is suspected of fatally
shooting a Meals on Wheels delivery
woman and her customer in
Winston-Salem.

patients harmed by Lasik eye surgery.

heard stories of eye pain and blurred
or double vision because of the
procedure.
One man who had Lasik in 1998 says
he has not experienced a moment of
crisp, good quality vision since.
Most Lasik recipients do walk away
with crisper vision, but others suffer
life-changing side effects like poor
vision even with glasses or the
inability to see or drive at night.
The Food and Drug Administration is
taking a new look at whether warnings
about its risks are appropriate.

the Bulldogs after 28 years to become
the new head coach at Hidden Valley.

as a Tight End from Hermitage High
School in Richmond.
He played his entire Red-Shirt
Freshman Season at the position even
catching a Touchdown pass.
But a year later Brown was moved
to Offensive Tackle and started on the
Line for 3 straight seasons.
That Move will land him in the
N-F-L after this weekends Pro Draft.

basketball game will take place.

goal today with singing and dancing and
everything pig!
