weekend is looking sharp! As Friday
night's disturbance moves into the
Carolinas, drier air will punch in from
the north Saturday. Saturday's early
morning clouds will give way to
increasing sunshine. Highs are forecast

in the lower 70s. Saturday night looks
clear with high pressure in control.
Lows near 50. Sunday and Sunday night
call for clear skies. A return flow
around high pressure slipping to our
south and east will provide warmer
temperatures Sunday. Highs are slated
in the upper 70s. Lows Sunday night in
the mid 50s. Memorial Day Monday also
seems mostly sunny at this point. Highs
are expected in the low to mid 80s. A
cold front sagging into the region will
try to bring back the chance of showers
by next Tuesday and Wednesday. WEATHER
EXTRA: The UV Index will be VERY HIGH
this weekend. Unprotected skin can burn
quickly, so apply sunscreen (SPF 15 or
higher), seek shade, cover up, wear
sunglasses and a hat. For the latest
weather anytime, turn to our webpage at
