Deputy's son is in trouble with the
law.

VO-NAT 25-year old Justin Davis is

facing murder charges in connection
with the death of 19-year-old Justin
Baumgardner.

A second suspect, Timothy Wright
Jr., was arrested earlier this month.

Investigators believe Davis was
in a car with Wright when he allegedly
killed Baumgardner back on May 3rd.

Martinsville turns out to be a hoax.

Yesterday, Travis Jeffers of
Elon, North Carolina reported his
daughter, Danielle had been kidnapped.

She told him that her captors would
meet at Wal-Mart to exchange money.

But when they got there, deputies
determined that Danielle had lied to
her father about the kidnapping.

Now she's facing felony charges.
