struggled over the gun before it went

Police say Kennedy was hit first.
He then shot and killed Ramsey.
Kennedy told News 7 he was hit in
the leg three times.
He was released from the hospital
last night.
Ramsey was pronounced dead at the
scene.
This all happened mid afternoon
yesterday.
Kennedy's friend's says even
though the store has been robbed in the
past, it was only recently that he
bought a gun for self defense.

disappearance of a 12-year-old Vermont
girl.

authorities say Brooke Bennett's uncle
is a convicted sex offender, who
brought her home to have sex with her.
The documents say a teenage girl
admitted helping Michael Jacques JAKES
drop the 12-year-old off at a store on
June 25th,and then pick her up and
return to his home.
Brooke has not been seen since.
Authorities searched his home Monday.
The other girl said Brooke was to be
initiated into a sex ring the day she
disappeared.

up to a drunk driving accident that
left one woman dead.
43-year-old Terry Severson pled
guilty this morning to involuntary
manslaughter and driving under the
influence.
With his plea, Severson takes
responsibility for a crash that killed
Irene Cox on Route 24 last July.
He'll be sentenced September
30th.

also keeping out eye on a cool front
upstream in the Midwest. This front

Football Extra Standout.

High School, has been lost for the
season.
Dillard, who had worked his way
up the depth chart to the number one
spot at the flanker position, tore his
right achilles tendon.
He will undergo surgery and then
go through 4 to 6 months of
rehabilitation. Dillard made a big
splash in the Annual Maroon and White
Spring Game. He had a 49 yard run on a
reverse as well as a 25 yard Touchdown
Catch.
Dillard was one of the many wide
receivers who was looking to replace 4
departed seniors from last year's team.
